Course Description
This course helps early childhood professionals understand how self-regulation develops and how to help young children manage emotions, impulses, attention, and behavior. Drawing on current research, participants explore co-regulation, supportive relationships, predictable routines, and practical classroom strategies that help children build these essential skills. The course also addresses ways to support children with a variety of self-regulation challenges.
